Who I Am
Hi! I’m Colleen Bridger, MPH, PhD, Founder and CEO of Colleen Bridger Consulting. I started my career in 1990 working with a migrant farmworker clinic in Eastern North Carolina, and the majority of my career has been in local government. I’ve found that using a public health approach is incredibly effective in addressing most complex problems. Click here to learn about some of my recent accomplishments.
What I Do
I’ve found that the most effective process to address complex problems involves: 1) giving voice to those affected; 2) determining existing resources/identifying important gaps; 3) activating social networks to fill those gaps and 4) developing and clearly communicating the plan for how to get from where we are to where we want to be.
